Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great joy and fervor at Apeejay School Pitampura. The celebration began with a rhyme presentation followed by role-playing, telling the meaning of the word teacher. Tiny tots from KG-C  sung the tone of “Guru Re Brahma Guru Re Vishnu” which made the audience sat spellbound. The event was a wonderful experience for the children – an amalgamation of knowledge and entertainment. Children showed their love towards their teachers by making handmade cards.

“Drawing and Colouring has an important place in child development and can easily be incorporated into a child’s day. It provides an opportunity to practice and develop many skills such as concentration, fine motor, and coordination for early writing skills and correct finger grip. Keeping this in mind a virtual ‘Sand pasting Activity’ was organized by S.K. Patel Kinder Garten English Medium School.

This activity was organized to explore and encourage creativity in children and offer them a platform to show their skill in drawing and coloring. The students were instructed to make beautiful scenery on sandpaper using oil pastels. Oil pastels can be a wonderful medium to bridge painting and drawing techniques.
The activity proved to be a true learning experience for all the participants. Overall, it was a fun-filled day. Children participated earnestly in the activity and their efforts were praiseworthy.

Whether you are cheering for a pro, college, or peewee level football or cricket team, this craft is a fun way to get the kids involved in showing their team spirit. The paper even makes that fun swishing sound like real pom poms, which the kids will love!

Through this activity the students learnt the spirit of teamwork, culinary skills, appreciating the hard work put into cooking.  The aim of the activity was also to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent and explore new areas of interest.

The students prepared healthy dishes like Cucumber Avocado Rolls, Papaya Salad, Butterfly Pea Lemonade, Cashew Paan Delight and many more using easy and quick recipes. They served the dishes in an artistic and aesthetic way which was most appealing and the display were a visual treat tickling  to the taste buds.

 

“Shades of yellow stimulate our little ones with happiness, energy, and optimism…….”

A day dedicated to the yellow colour was marked with children dressed in different hues and tints of yellow. Children were not only beautifully dressed in their favorite yellow dresses but also brought yellow objects to make it a complete “Yellow Day”!

Attractive yellow coloured toys like racing cars, teddy bears, dolls, balls, balloons, flying discs, flowers and masks made the learning environment active and sporty.
